White wine made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 10% of which is aged for 11 months in new 500L barrels, 25% Pinot Gris aged in stainless steel tanks and 25% Bacchus aged for 9 months in new 228L barrels.
The result is an aromatic, well-balanced white wine ideal for an aperitif or to accompany fish or poultry.
