Soy wax is a long lasting, natural wax that has a low melting point and is longer lasting compared to other waxed. It's also vegan friendly, environmentally friendly, and therefore toxin free. As our candles are hand-poured, small imperfections may occur. Please allow for slight colour differences due to screen differences.

Some candles may develop frosting - this is entirely natural and happens because your wax is trying to return to its natural form and as a result begins to crystalise. This doesn't affect the performance of your candle in any way and means your candle is 100% natural.

Wicks are the 'engine' to the candle. At valo, we use pre-waxed eco-wicks that are constructed from natural flat cotton threads interwoven with paper threads. This gives a consistent flame that ensures an even burn.
