Hand Stamped Cosy Nights Teaspoon. Hand stamped cutlery makes the most quirky & unusual gift or is just a fun treat for yourself. 

I am the biggest magpie when it comes to collecting vintage cutlery and adore hunting for treasures at antique shops & flea markets. I love being able to take something old & unloved and repurpose it into something completely different, giving it a brand new shiny destiny. Then using a traditional hand stamping method,  metal letter & design stamps are hammered to create the markings & text.

PLEASE NOTE: Spoon style/design may vary depending on current cutlery inventory but rest assured, it will always be cute & vintage. Due to the nature of vintage cutlery, there may be some signs of wear and tear in keeping with age - all of which add to the charm and mystery of the piece's history.

PLEASE NOTE:  We consider all of our cutlery pieces as keepsakes however if you would like to use your special piece we recommend a very gentle hand wash only to clean. They are NOT dishwasher safe. The ink may also fade over time with use, however you can re-blacken your letters with a non toxic marker pen. Just go over the letters and buff away the excess ink. 

A Food Safe marker pen is used to fill the impressions, which is classified as safe for surfaces that come into contact with food. Despite the very small amount used within the impressions, due to the solvents in the product formula (which although do evaporate & leave the non-hazardous marking behind) - it isn't able to be recommended for use on cutlery that will be used regularly. It is up to the individual if they wish to do so, at their own risk.
