About this brand

We're a husband and wife team (Seb and Jessie), based in Norfolk, England.

In 2018, we adopted our first dog, Bertie (Albert) from a shelter. A year later, we took home a puppy, Arthur. It was then that we realised we couldn't find the kind of dog apparel we were after; beautiful, yet functional. So we decided to get to work, and develop our own. 2 years later, Albert & Arthur was born.

The family has grown a little since then, as we welcomed Alice into the fold. We have big plans, and will continue to add to the range in the coming months and years.

Our goal is to build a successful, independently-owned family business, and one day, we hope to have the funds to set something up to help dogs that don't have a home. We hope you'll love our products as much as we love them.

Tan Leather & Brass Dog Collar with Tag

£25.00

This stylish tan leather dog collar with brass fittings is made to complement our Leather Leash and Poo bag holder. This is a high quality and cleverly designed tan leather collar with brass fittings and tag are designed by Albert & Arthur and made in the UK.

Featuring a classic 'west end' buckle, this beautifully made collar also includes a soft layer of padding for additional comfort.

Handmade in England by skilled artisans from premium Italian vegetable-dyed leather. All hardware is solid brass for strength and durability, and along with the leather, it will develop a beautiful patina over time.

Care: Leather is fantastically breathable and tough, making it the best material for longevity and for your dog's comfort.

We recommend using products specifically made for leather care. Leather is a natural material, so it's normal to find small imperfections on the surface and variations in the colour, it's part of the charm. Do not submerge your leather in water, as doing so could damage the leather and cause it to become brittle. If your item does become wet let it air dry, don't put it on a radiator or in a tumble dryer.

Our brass hardware will also age beautifully over time. If you want to clean it or prefer a shiny appearance, we recommend using brass polish. When doing this, please try to avoid applying any to the leather as this can cause some discolouration. We recommend using Brasso as it's less likely to stain the leather and does a great job on the brass.

Where possible, we recommend measuring your dog's neck. To do this, simply take a measuring tape, and measure around your dog's neck where the collar would naturally sit, inserting a couple of your fingers underneath the tape for comfort.

All Albert & Arthur leather products are covered by our lifetime warranty.

All our leather goods come in a branded flannel dust bag, and with a complementary ball, making the perfect gift.
