This unusual amber shaded agate has been carved into a soft boat shape by Dieter Lorenz, the world renowned stone carver. From our collection of Dieter's stones this stunning piece has been mounted in a minimal 18 carat gold cradle set to complement the elegant line and shape of the stone. The pendant has been hallmarked with the Birmingham Assay Mark, Vienna Convention Mark and the Alistair R Makers Mark and hangs on a 45cm long 18 carat gold curb chain.
Agate is found in may places around in the world, most commonly it is found with highly banded patterning. Pieces like this one, with such natural shades and beautiful colour blending are rare and much prized. Agate is said to balance the mind, body, and spirit as well as helping you to slow down and centre yourself.
