William Norman was founded on the principals that we believe, using only the highest quality materials and traditional techniques of shoemaking, we could redefine standards and build strong foundations for our future, with the goal to be world renowned as quintessentially English shoemakers dedicated to our craft.

Born in London in 2015, our footwear is all designed in house by our footwear designer, who is highly experienced in delivering our unique style, whilst developing footwear that is built to last with a conscience. William Norman was established to redefine footwear for a modern lifestyle. 

 All of our footwear is crafted by hand in England, using only the finest materials and driving the highest standards in shoemaking, our mission is to deliver comfortable and sophisticated footwear as individual as its wearer. Our love for footwear is inspired by sartorial style pieces that can be found across the world.

 All of our shoes and slippers go through a meticulous process in our workshop before they reach you. All made individually by hand, staying true to a process that’s been perfected over generations. Our makers have been using skills they have refined with over 100 years in shoe making.

William Norman offers a fully bespoke service should you want to customise your perfect pair. Choose from our range of embroideries, or if you have a different style in mind we can work with you to bring your shoes to life, using only the finest materials.
