We make hand crafted wine vinegars from scratch. Taking roots, fruits, berries and blossoms, we ferment these natural ingredients into wine. After the wine has matured for several months, with the help of some 'good gut' bacteria, the wine is fermented a second time into delicious wine vinegar. There are twelve seasonal flavours in the full range.

Mouth puckering and infused with an intense mix of sweet juicy currants and sharp balanced acidity, this syrup is indulgent and utterly delicious. Use directly on salads, as a bread dipper, drizzle on ice cream and also delicious on Yorkshire Pudding!
