MADDER ROSE
Madder Rose was founded in London by me, Amy Murgatroyd, with the aim of creating timeless clothing that is a pleasure to wear, with as little environmental impact as possible. I've always been interested in clothes, but in more of a practical than fashion-y way - I love clothing that lets you do all the things you want to do, unrestricted. I started Madder Rose with the aim of creating pieces you can wear over and over; that you can move in, work in, play in, relax in; that you can feel good in and about.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully made by hand in my studio in Tottenham using natural materials, mostly linen. I use antique, reclaimed or dead-stock textiles to reduce ecological harm.
