Elemental Cornish Gin

Our stills: Tenna, Norvys, Awel, and Dowr, are 40-litre copper pot stills. Using traditional methods and making genuinely small batches we ensure only the smoothest heart of the distillate makes it into our gin. Our one-shot distillation method means that other than the addition of spring water, our gin comes out of the still exactly as it comes to you. Elemental Gin is 42% alcohol, which means the rest of the bottle is water. Because of this, it's crucial that this water is of the highest quality and purity. Fortunately, living in the heart of Cornwall has its benefits - the moors of Bodmin provide us with natural Cornish spring water. Its clarity and minerals enhance our gin and carry the flavours of our distillate. Elemental is built upon a superior quality base spirit - made of grains such as wheat and barley. These grains are harvested and grown organically, with no pesticides or additives interfering.
