Calm Cocoa is a delicious hot chocolate range designed to help you create little moments of mindfulness and connection in your day.
We are a proudly small batch maker based in Mid Wales consisting of 1.5 humans and 1.0 cheeky chocolatey dog called Taz.
Calm Cocoa is all about slowing down and taking a breath - while enjoying some soothing hot chocolate.
Calm Cocoa is lovingly created by meditation teacher, chocolate judge & chocolatier Meredith Whitely of Food At Heart. She is ably supported by her husband Johnny, who is also an honorary last minute post dropper offer.
Meredith’s love affair with chocolate, particularly the dark kind, is a long and happy one. Her dabbling with a little Easter Egg making as a child progressed into a full chocolate obsession as an adult. And definitely still dabbles!
Meredith can often be found experimenting with chocolate creations - or just enjoying a mindful taste or two of her favourite bars.
She also judges at the Academy of Chocolate Awards and Great Taste Awards, and regularly runs mindful chocolate meditation & tasting workshops for lovely wellbeing-focussed companies.
