Albert & Arthur

Albert & Arthur

We're a husband and wife team (Seb and Jessie), based in Norfolk, England.

In 2018, we adopted our first dog, Bertie (Albert) from a shelter. A year later, we took home a puppy, Arthur. It was then that we realised we couldn't find the kind of dog apparel we were after; beautiful, yet functional. So we decided to get to work, and develop our own. 2 years later, Albert & Arthur was born.

The family has grown a little since then, as we welcomed Alice into the fold. We have big plans, and will continue to add to the range in the coming months and years.

Our goal is to build a successful, independently owned family business, and one day, we hope to have the funds to set something up to help dogs that don't have a home. We hope you'll love our products as much as we love them.

All our products are made from leather produced using the vegetable tanning method. Vegetable tanning is a non-toxic method of treating leather that only uses natural tannins, extracted from the barks, leaves and branches of trees and plants.

Leather is a natural material so surfaces may show minor imperfections and variations in colour. This is normal, and part of the charm. Please also note that the colours shown on your screen may not be a perfect match for the true colour of the product.

For the most part, our hardware is made from solid brass for durability and strength.
